Etaj final de inalta calitate audio, Leco v2 mini

In ultima perioada nu am stat degeaba si am realizat niste etaje finale mici, mai "domestice" home use.
Sint un hibrid intre Leco V2 si Leco V3 ca topologie, insa un etaj final lasat "liber" sa zburde ca pasarea cerului in ceea ce priveste domenul de frecventa reprodus, si timpul de crestere extrem de mic.
Dar sa las pozele si filmarile sa vorbeasca, voi dezvolta pe parcurs ultimele noutati.


Citeva teste "preliminare":


Raspuns in frecventa, tensiune iesire cu si fara sarcina, test pe capacitiv, dreptunghiular, rise time:

Am testat la 9kHz (scuze unde mai zic 10kHz in filmare) la 32,6Vrms la iesire, si un test gen IMD cu 2 frecvente 60Hz si 7000Hz in raport de circa 4:1, rezultatele sint urmatoarele:

Acesta este un test in care vedem cum se comporta modificarea raspunsului in faza al amplificatorului in banda 10Hz-1MHz, abaterea in banda audio fiind foarte buna, tipic sub 5 grade.

Aici avem un test de stabilitate in functie de scaderea tensiuni de alimentare, pina cind ampliful "nu mai are de unde" sa dea ceva la iesire, adica intre +/- 60Vcc pina la +/- 10Vcc:

Aici avem un test de stabilitate pe sarcina capacitiva de 1uF nepolarizat si 8 ohmi sarcina la 10000Hz semnal dreptunghiular la diverse nivele audio:

Iar aici avem un test in semnal dreptunghiular la frecventa de 100000Hz la diverse nivele ale tensiunii de la iesirea amplificatorului:

Desi intitial am fost multumit de rezultatele preliminarii obtinute cu acest amplificator, am mai facut niste mici "ajustari" si schimbat niste tranzistori (evident se vor face pe toate modulele), si am obtinut exact ce mi-am dorit, maxim din ce se poate stoarce din schema si placa cu piese.


Am facut 3 seturi de teste la 3 frecvente diferite, 1000Hz, 30Hz si 10000Hz cu putere cuprinsa intre 0,01W adica 10 miliwati si maxim, pentru a evidentia orice nivel de putere s-ar asculta cu acest amplificator, ce vom avea real la iesire, distorsiunile conteaza foarte mult nu numai cind te apropii de pragul de clipping ci si sub1W (cine stie, cunoaste ce zic), teste facute atit pe 8 cit si pe 4 si chiar si 2 ohmi (la 30Hz in special) pentru ca la frecvente joase uneori sub si peste Fs, boxele isi modifica foarte mult impedanta nominala.

Daca il comparam cu cel de la Constellation Centaur, eu zic ca arata foarte bine pentru ceva lucrat in regim de amator versus un amplificator de peste 25000Usd (monobloc).
